I hired Complete Hardscape Construction recently to build a retainer wall behind my mothers house. The owner, Vincent, answered the first time I reached out. He visited the job site that day, ask several questions, and offered a formal bid the next day. He worked with me to try to find ways to reduce the price. We talked a couple times answering my questions, and I hired him to build our retainer wall. Rather than the typical long wait to start the job, he brought a crew the next day and spent most of the day organizing the job, listening to my mother’s wishes (he was so kind and respectful), and bringing in materials. Those guys worked so hard from daylight to dark, never missed a day and finished a week early. We even encountered a leaning tree which needed to be removed and Vincent took it out and hauled it off at a competitive price. I was very impressed with his professionalism, quality, attentiveness, and his commitment to satisfy not only me, but my elderly mom. In the fall of 2022, the first project Vincent and his team did for me was the shared retaining wall in my back yard. I was so happy with the outcome that I re-ordered my home improvements so he could come do my from front retaining wall, entry to the front door (stairs and a walkway), driveway and side yard French drain. The result was better than I could have hoped for. He and his crew were always professional and cleaned up and organized the worksite at the end of every day. I highly recommend Vincent and his team.
